Addendum Regarding Rental Flood Disclosure

What this form is for
Must be given to a tenant at or before signing TXR 2001 by the landlord. The landlord must disclose whether the property is located in a 100-yr flood zone or whether the property had flooded in the prior 5-year period. Designed to be used for all residential leases, unless otherwise exempted by statute.
